This store has not published its own change-of-mind return window. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact the seller using the details below and it will be put right — replaced or refunded. Contact the seller before returning anything so the return can be arranged.
Once a return is approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to credit the amount.
Where an order was paid online, the refund is returned through the same payment gateway it was collected by. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by the seller directly.
You can cancel an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled, and the returns terms above apply instead. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, the order is cancelled for that item and the amount is refunded.
